The American Village project is made up by several stages that will result in the construction of a closed town, of type ”Master Planned Community”: a modern alternative to the crowded districts and the noise of the city and, most importantly, a new type of community with its own rules and living, conduct and recreation standards.

Located in the Grigorescu West area, in a green area of over 4 hectares, the complex will comprise in the first stage 30 condominiums.
